Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number within 48 hours.
After 48 hours, orders enter processing and production scheduling and can no longer be canceled.
Pre-Order Policy
Steffy Totes™ Founders Pre-Orders are made-to-order production runs. Because pre-orders are reserved from limited inventory:
Cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of purchase
After 48 hours, all pre-order sales are final
If production timelines change significantly, customers will be notified via email.
Refund Method
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (5–10 business days processing time).
🔁 Return Policy
Return
We accept returns on unused, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
Item must be unused
Item must be in original condition
All inserts and packaging must be included
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Pre-order deposits (if applicable)
Used, damaged, or altered items
Final sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days with photos. We will evaluate and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Incorrect shipping details
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for correct shipping information. Reshipping fees may apply for incorrect addresses.
